Start safe.
The kit ships in draft-only mode. Nothing goes to a customer until you click send. Keep it that way for the first few days.
Pick your inbox.
Gmail or Outlook. Both supported, same feature set. Use whichever your business actually runs on.
Pick your CRM.
Google Sheets is faster to set up. Airtable is nicer long-term. Both are in the bundle.
Import Workflow 1.
In n8n → Workflows → Import from file → pick the right JSON for your platform combo.
Run the test checklist.
Three seed emails, about ten minutes. This is the gate before you activate on a live inbox.
Go live.
Toggle Workflow 1 active. Read drafts as they appear. Send the good ones.
Import Workflow 4.
Turn on reply-state sync so sent replies automatically mark the matching lead replied in your CRM.
Day 4 — add Workflow 2. Day 7 — add Workflow 3.
Safe rollout sequence. Keep Workflow 4 on from day one so follow-up logic stays honest.
