CRM seats

Google Sheets and Airtable free tiers handle a landscaping business comfortably. If you upgrade later for more records or views, that's on you.

Done-for-you setup

Is this a subscription?

No. One-time purchase. You own the workflows forever. You will pay for n8n hosting (~$20/mo or self-hosted) and AI usage ($1–$5/mo typically). Nothing else.

Which tier is right for me?

Starter if you run a single owner inbox and want the core kit with light support. Pro is the right call for most landscaping businesses — up to two inboxes in one business, launch help by email, 30-day support. Team adds a live install-assist call and faster SLA for multi-crew operations.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Email us with the tier you want to move to and we will credit the amount you already paid.

What does it cost to run each month after I buy?

About $20–$25 total per month. n8n Cloud is roughly $20 (or self-host on a ~$5 VPS). AI usage is typically $1–$5 depending on volume. Your CRM stays on free tier.

Do you invoice / offer purchase orders?

Yes on the Team tier. Email sales with your details and we will issue an invoice.

Is there a refund policy?

14-day refund window. If we cannot get it working for you together, your money comes back.
