Tetrad Systems makes a digital product. We sell it once and hand you the files. We don't host your data, run your workflows, or see your customer inboxes. This page explains what little data we do collect and what we do with it.

Data we collect

  • Checkout data. Your name, email, billing address, and payment method pass through Stripe. We receive your name and email so we can send you the download link and respond to support requests. Stripe handles the card data — we never see it.
  • Site analytics (optional). If PUBLIC_GA_MEASUREMENT_ID is configured, this site sends anonymous page-view data to Google Analytics 4. No personal data is collected beyond what GA4 collects by default.
  • Support correspondence. When you email [email protected], we keep your emails in our support inbox so we can resolve your issue.

Data we don't collect

  • Your customer emails. Those stay in your Gmail / Outlook inbox.
  • Your lead records. Those stay in your Google Sheet or Airtable.
  • Your n8n credentials. Those live in your n8n instance.

Third-party processors

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Email provider (e.g. Google Workspace, Fastmail, or similar) — for support email.
  • Google Analytics 4 — anonymous site analytics, if configured.

Inside the product you install, the AI provider you configure (OpenAI or Anthropic) processes the email content for the specific inbox message being classified or drafted. This is a call you make from your own n8n instance with your own API key — Tetrad Systems is not in the loop.

Your rights

  • Access / deletion. Email [email protected]. We'll delete our records of you within 14 days.
  • Opt out of analytics. Use a browser that blocks GA4, or install a content blocker.
  • EU / UK / California residents. You have rights under GDPR / CCPA. Exercise them via the support email.

Cookies

We don't set tracking cookies. If GA4 is enabled, Google may set its own. Everything else is cookie-free.

Changes

We'll update this page if we change how we handle data. For meaningful changes, we'll email customers of record.
