Terms of sale & buyer license
This page combines the terms of sale for Tetrad Systems products and the buyer license for Inbox Autopilot for Landscapers. In plain English — the authoritative legal text is in LICENSE.txt inside your bundle.
What you're buying
A one-time-purchase workflow kit: JSON files for n8n, prompt files, email templates, documentation, and CRM assets. No SaaS. No login required. You download the kit and install it on your own n8n instance.
What you can do
- Install and use the kit inside one business you own or operate.
- Modify the prompts, templates, and workflow JSON for your own use.
- Share privately with employees and contractors inside your business.
- Buy the Team SKU if you have multiple crews / inboxes inside the same business.
What you can't do
- Resell, rent, or redistribute the kit to other businesses.
- Post it to public repositories, marketplaces, or template galleries.
- Wrap it into a commercial product sold to third parties.
- Strip attribution from the files.
AI output and liability
The kit drafts replies using AI. It ships in draft-only mode — nothing sends without your review. You are responsible for compliance with CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, TCPA, and any other law that applies to your communications. The product is provided as-is. Our total liability is capped at what you paid.
Data
We do not receive, store, or process your customer data. When the workflow calls the AI provider you configured (OpenAI or Anthropic), that provider sees the email content for that call. We are not in the loop.
Refunds
14 days from purchase. No-questions-asked inside the first 7 days. Days 8–14 we'll try to fix the issue first; if we can't, you get a refund. Email [email protected].
Termination
The license terminates automatically if you materially breach these terms. If that happens, stop using the kit and delete all copies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Tetrad Systems is established.
